				Harald Koehn Construction Ltd. has worked hard to earn a reputation for innovative design solutions, attentive professionalism and a focus on excellence and quality service. Our expertise in design/build practices in both new and remodeled homes has been acknowledged by the home building industry with many different awards. We are very proud to have won numerous silver finalist and gold awards at the British Columbia Provincial Housing Awards (The Georgies) in 1993, 1994, 1995, 1997, 2000, 2002 and 2003. We have also competed with builders from across Canada and have won the Canadian Home Builders' Association national SAM Award in 1995 for “Best Environmental Achievement” and the 2000 “Best Home Renovation of $100,000”. As a long-standing member of the Home Builders' Association, we were awarded the 1990 and 1998 Canadian Homebuilders Association “Award of Honour” and later, the Greater Vancouver Home Builders' Association Renovator Member of the Year Award 2000.
