Harald Koehn - New Homes: Georgian Manor


	The challenge to this project was to build a new home on an ‘one-of-a-kind’ lot in the beautiful and well-established Kerrisdale area of Vancouver. This stately Georgian 5,000 square foot home was custom designed and built for one of our discerning clients. Carefully selected materials and finishes including granite, cherry hardwood floors, wrought iron circular staircase, and a designer-detailed kitchen are just some of the highlights of this home. The exterior of this elegant home with its granite corner quoins and the distinctive porto over the front entrance puts the final touches on a beautiful addition to the neighbourhood.
