This 1957 Vancouver bungalow was renovated to achieve an environment to deal with the homeowners major health problems, resulting from occupational exposure to chemicals. The re-use of existing housing stock demonstrates efficient land use, minimization of landfill, and retention of the neighbourhood character. Several seminars/tours to the public were held to demonstrate this unique renovation.
