Harald Koehn Construction is a full service residential Design/Build company located in Vancouver, British Columbia and serving the Vancouver area through to South Surrey and Langley.

New Home - if you have found a lot in a new neighbourhood or in an existing neighbourhood, we can design and build you a healthy and energy efficient home.

Renovated Home - if your existing home needs substantial renovation work, but you love your neighbourhood, we're well-qualified to make the necessary changes to achieve your renovation. We'll upgrade your home using sustainable materials, making it more energy efficiency and more comfortable!

Renovation Projects - whether you need a new kitchen, ensuite bathroom or an addition to your home, Harald Koehn’s team is well-experienced in building and managing your renovation in a professional and efficient manner.

Our customers are the most important part of our work and their satisfaction is what we thrive on. The most important feature of Design/Build is the "Team Approach" from start to finish. Starting with perhaps nothing more than your dream ideas or with a purchased/prepared set of plans; together you the client, Harald and his team of design and trade professionals develop a structured and well-thought-out plan.

In all cases, an initial meeting is made to determine the intent of the project and a cost feasibility study is prepared. When the budget restrictions have been established the Design Build contract is drafted and the design phase begins.

All design solutions are presented to the client with the actual costing options and project specifications. Final documents are prepared along with the contract for construction, which then leads directly into the permit applications.
