Harald Koehn Construction Ltd. has worked hard to earn a reputation for innovative design solutions, attentive professionalism and a focus on excellence and quality service.

Our expertise in design/build practices in both new and renovated homes has been acknowledged by the home building industry with many different awards. We are very proud to have won numerous silver finalist and gold awards at the British Columbia Provincial Housing Awards (the Georgies) and Greater Vancouver Home Builders Awards (the renOvations).

We have also competed with builders from across Canada and have won the Canadian Home Builders' Association national SAM Award in for "Best Environmental Achievement" and the "Best Home Renovation of $100,000".

As a long-standing member of the Greater Vancouver Home Builders' Association, we were awarded the 1990 and 1998 Canadian Homebuilders Association "Award of Honour" and later, the Greater Vancouver Home Builders' Association Renovator Member of the Year Award 2000.

The 2011 Canadian Home Builders Association Sales and Marketing Awards (CHBA) SAM finalists announced

The National CHBA has announced the finalists for the SAM award program. Harald Koehn Construction Ltd. received three nominations for Best Renovation: Kitchen, Any Room and Whole House over $500,000 for "Country Classic".

Finalists announced at the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA-BC) 2011 Georgie Awards

The Canadian Home Builders' Association of British Columbia have announced the finalists for the 20th Anniversary Georgie Awards. Harald Koehn Construction has garnered three nominations Best Renovation over $800,000, "Country Classic", Best Kitchen over $100,000, "Country Classic" and Best Any Room, "Ben's Room".

The Greater Vancouver Home Builders' Association (GVHBA) have announced the finalists for Metro Vancouver's home renovation awards, the 2011 renOvation Awards. Harald Koehn Construction Ltd. received a nomination for Best Addition/Conversion, "Mariner's Retreat".

The 2010 Canadian Home Builders Association Sales and Marketing Awards (CHBA) SAM finalists announced

Harald Koehn Construction Ltd. received two nominations for Best Residential Renovation - $300,000 - $ 499,999, "Mariner's Retreat" and for Best Residential - Any Room, "Mariner's Retreat".

Winner at the Greater Vancouver Home Builders' Association (GVHBA)

Harald Koehn Construction is proud to be selected as the winner of Best Renovation $250,000 - $399,999 at the renOVATION Award Gala, held May 28,2010.

Harald Koehn Construction Ltd. received two nominations for Best Bathroom Renovation $20,000 - $39,999, "Relaxing Serenity" and for Best Renovation - $250,000 - $399,999, "Mariner's Retreat".
