Having already established an excellent relationship from previous work with Harald, this retired couple wanted to update the style and functionality of their home. This 25 year old home offered both structural and construction challenges, and Harald was able to manage those challenges and achieve a beautiful and successful solution.

The master bedroom received an extensive upgrade with the addition of luxurious maple hardwood flooring and beautiful mouldings. A total renewal of the master ensuite bathroom included a new shower, jetted tub, double sinks set in a gorgeous granite countertop, a boxed out window, separate toilet alcove, heated towel bars, heated floor, mouldings and recessed light. Custom woodwork and millwork made this bathroom the ultimate in upgraded elegance!

A new stairwell and upper landing was rebuilt and redesigned finished off with the beauty of a maple and iron spindle railing. The main bath was reconfigured and received all new fixtures and the powder room also received a beautiful new look.
